Last updated: 25 August 2026
AivaanTech ("AivaanTech," "we," "us" or "our") provides AI Mastery Education and AI Business Solutions services. This policy explains what information we collect through https://aivaantech.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide directly — when you submit an enquiry, request the brochure, or contact us by email or phone: your name, work email, organization, area of interest and any message you send us.
- Information collected automatically — standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page) collected via analytics tools if and when we enable them.
We do not currently process payments on this website. If online enrolment payments are added, this policy will be updated to name the payment processor and describe what payment data it handles (we do not store full card details ourselves).
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up about our programs;
- To administer the AI Tool Mastery certification for enrolled participants (cohort scheduling, progress, certification records);
- To improve this website and our course content; and
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the website and deliver the program (for example, email delivery or hosting providers), under obligations to protect it, or where required by law.
4. Data retention
We retain enquiry and enrolment information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver the program, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law — including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
6. Cookies
This website may use essential cookies required for it to function, and — only with a future analytics rollout — non-essential cookies for understanding site usage. We do not currently run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Children's privacy
Our program is open to school and college students. Where a participant is under 18, we require that a parent or guardian be aware of and consent to enrolment; the enquiry form itself is not directed at children and should be completed by an adult (student, parent, or institution representative).
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
10. Contact us
