Refund Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for the AI Tool Mastery certification program. Corporate and institutional enrolments may follow separate terms agreed in writing with AivaanTech.

1. Before the program starts

If you cancel at least 7 days before your cohort's start date, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.

2. After the program starts

• Within Module 1 (Days 1–6): a 50% refund of fees paid, reflecting the portion of the program already delivered.
• From Module 2 onward (Day 7 and later): fees paid are non-refundable, as course materials, live sessions and cohort capacity have been committed.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or call +91 8078799480 with your name and cohort details. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Exceptions

We review documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis and may offer a deferral to a later cohort instead of a refund where that better suits the participant.

5. Non-refundable items

Any one-time registration or processing fee disclosed at the time of enrolment is non-refundable once the cohort has started.

6. Corporate and institutional training

Cancellation and refund terms for team or institutional bookings under our Data & AI Enablement practice are set out in the enrolment agreement signed with your organization.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the terms in force at the time you enrol apply to your enrolment.
