Refund Policy

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for individual course purchases, including the AI Tool Mastery certification, made on learn.aivaantech.com. Corporate and institutional enrolments may follow separate terms agreed in writing with AivaanTech.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you haven't completed a substantial portion of the course content (more than 30% of lessons, or already received your certificate).

2. After 7 days, or after substantial completion

Once the 7-day window has passed, or once you've completed a substantial portion of the course (as above), fees paid are non-refundable, as course access, video streaming and assessment infrastructure have already been delivered to you.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8078799480 with your name, the course you enrolled in and your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Subscriptions & bundles

If you purchased a subscription or course bundle, its specific renewal, cancellation and refund terms are shown at checkout and in your learning dashboard's subscription page, and take precedence over the single-course terms above where they conflict.

5. Exceptions

We review documented technical issues (for example, being unable to access purchased content due to a platform fault) or other extraordinary circumstances on a case-by-case basis, and may offer a refund or extended access outside the standard window where appropriate.

6. Non-refundable items

Any one-time registration or processing fee disclosed at the time of purchase is non-refundable once course access has been granted.

7. Corporate and institutional training

Cancellation and refund terms for team or institutional bookings under our Data & AI Enablement practice are set out in the enrolment agreement signed with your organization.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the terms in force at the time you purchase apply to your purchase.
