These terms govern your use of https://aivaantech.com and enrolment in any AivaanTech program, including the AI Tool Mastery certification and AI Business Solutions engagements. By using this website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
AivaanTech operates two practices: AI Mastery Education, a 30-day AI Tool Mastery certification program, and AI Business Solutions, consulting and enablement services for organizations. Program dates, fees, and delivery format are confirmed directly with you before enrolment.
2. Eligibility
The certification program is open to school, college and university students, working professionals, business owners and career changers. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian aware of and consenting to their enrolment.
3. Enrolment and fees
Enrolment is confirmed once you have agreed to the fee and schedule communicated to you directly (seats are limited per cohort). Fees, payment terms and any group or institutional rates are as quoted at the time of enrolment. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
4. Certification
The AivaanTech certificate is awarded on successful completion of the program, including the capstone project, assessed by AivaanTech. Completing sessions alone, without the capstone, does not entitle a participant to certification.
5. Third-party AI tools
The program teaches the use of third-party AI tools (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Cowork, Canva, Lovable, Replit and Cursor AI). These tools are owned and operated by their respective providers, are subject to their own terms and pricing, and may change or become unavailable at any time. AivaanTech is not responsible for the availability, pricing, output, or conduct of these third-party tools.
6. Intellectual property
Course materials, curriculum, prompt libraries and templates provided during the program are the intellectual property of AivaanTech (or licensed to us) and are provided for your personal learning use. They may not be redistributed, resold, or used to deliver a competing training program without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website and program materials lawfully, and not to misrepresent your identity, interfere with the operation of the website, or share your enrolment access with people who have not enrolled.
8. Limitation of liability
The program is provided for educational and professional development purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AivaanTech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website, the program, or any third-party tool taught within it.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the program for a participant who breaches these terms, without prejudice to any fees already incurred under our Refund Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
